We bring together creative explorers who are curious enough to become ‘personal awareness Jedi’s’, so that together we can become skilled creators of our movement practice and meet our unique needs to move and connect with body, people and place, whilst adjusting to the rhythms of the seasons.

The MWTS community is a place to explore, learn and share to enable you to create the path you want, through the lens of movement training and the map of the changing seasons.

It is a home to give you direction, support and inspiration in crafting the life practices you want.

The seasons are more than the changes you see out your window. The seasonal rhythms and oscillations of nature influence every living thing on earth. We move with the seasons as our metaphor for framing change and transformation, so we can (re)connect with our bodies, the places around us and other people. Meeting these foundational needs through connection might help us perceive life problems as challenges and transitional opportunities to grow and discover what moves us to engage with loving life more.

Why Join?

Do you know where you’re going with your movement practice? Out of all the endless possible destinations you could head towards, let alone which path you could take, which do you choose? Who do you listen to for direction and inspiration, when there’s so much noise to sift through? We all experience feeling lost and/or overwhelmed with where we could go and why at times. Or sometimes we just don’t feel like heading anywhere and feel stuck.

Whether guidance today or guidance for the long journey. We aim to simplify when decision fatigue means you need something practical you can implement now. But we also want to help empower you for the longer journey of collecting, curating and eventually becoming the crafter of your own practice, for performance and longevity. Nutritious movement snacks, but also teaching you how to grow your own movement food!


The terrain, compass, map & companions

  • The terrain is life. Your inner and outer landscape. 
  • The compass is the MWTS community. The knowledge, coaches and peers.
  • The map is the seasons. And they change. We invite you (only if it serves you) to reference the transformation, changes, rhythm and wisdom inherent in the seasonal cycles of all things, as a bigger context for perfomance, lifecraft and longevity.
  • Your traveling companions are your fellow community members.

Curate what is useful to you. Customise your experience and choose what you see in your feed, away from the dsitraction of social media.

Over time, become the Crafter, able to make connections to underlying principles of things you’ve collected/curated and understand how to craft your own practice.

Enjoy access to resources, courses, live streams, and the collective knowledge of coaches and peers from the community.

Peer powered inspiration and creativity

Connect with others facing similar challenges in their movement practice. Be inspired, explore, return to share and co-create each other’s creativity to be inspired again.

You already have everything you need. It’s just a matter of finding it within you and around you. Only you can walk the terrain and you can walk it how you walk it. The MWTS community is here as a compass and map, and provider of companions (should you want any) to travel the beautiful journey with.
